Privacy Policy For Use of Our Services

Applicability of Privacy Policy; Interpretation.

This Privacy Policy (this "Policy") is the policy referred to in Section 1(f) of Our General Terms and Conditions for Use of Services (the "Terms"), and describes Our policies and procedures related to the collection, use and disclosure of Your information when You use Our Services, Our Site and/or Our Application. The definitions given for any defined terms in these Terms shall apply equally to the singular, plural and/or possessive forms of the terms defined. Whenever the context may require, any pronoun shall include the corresponding masculine, feminine and neuter forms. This Policy shall be construed without regard to any presumption or rule requiring construction or interpretation against the party drafting an instrument or causing any instrument to be drafted.

By accessing Our Services, Our Site and/or Our Application, You agree to be bound by this Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, you may not agree to the Terms and/or use Our Services. This Policy applies to all visitors, users and others who access Our Services.

We may make changes to this Policy at any time, with or without advance notice to You. We recommend that you check this Policy from time to time, and that You contact Us with any questions using the contact information for Us contained in the Terms. Personal Data. "Personal Data" is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual. This is information that provides Us with specifics about who You are. Your Personal Data may include certain communications data, such as that between You and Us and/or between You and Your Stylist. When You engage in certain activities on Our Site such as registering for Your Account, using Our Services and/or Our Application, or sending Us Feedback, We may ask You to provide certain information about Yourself. Examples may include Your first and last name, email address, mailing address (including zip code), employer, job title and department, telephone and facsimile numbers and other identifying information. When using Our Services and ordering Stylist Services by using Our Site and/or Our Application, You may be asked to provide a credit card number and related financial information. We use Your Personal Data primarily for Our own internal purposes, such as providing, maintaining, evaluating and improving Our Services, to collect credit card payments for subscription fees and other purchases You make, and to provide customer support. If You send Us e-mails, letters or other personal correspondence, or if other users or third parties send Us correspondence about Your activities on Our Site and/or Our Application, We may collect and retain such information into a file specific to You, the privacy of which shall be maintained at all relevant times.

Collecting Your Personal Data. While You are using Our Services, We may ask You to provide Us with certain Personal Data that can be used to contact or identify You. Your Personal Data may include, without limitation, the examples of Personal Data set forth in Section 2 above as well as data related to Your usage of Our Services, Our Site and/or Our Application ("Usage Data"). Usage Data will be automatically collected by Us when You use Our Services. Creating Your Account and Logging In via Third-Party Social Media Services. We allow You to create Your Account and log in to use Our Services through the following Third-Party Social Media sites: Google & Apple. If You decide to register through or otherwise grant Us access to a Third-Party Social Media Service, We may collect Your Personal Data that is already associated with the related account, such as Your name, Your email address, Your activities and Your contact list associated with that account. You may also have the option of sharing additional information with the Company through Your Third-Party Social Media Service's account. When You choose to provide such information and Personal Data to Us, during registration or otherwise, You give Us permission to use, share and store it in a manner consistent with this Policy. We have no control over, do not review, and cannot be held responsible for any third-party websites and/or their content and safety. This Policy only applies to Our Services, Our Site and Our Application. You may decide not to access Your Account via a third-party social media services at any time, by notifying Us.

To provide You with news, special offers and general information about Our Services and related matters, unless You have opted not to receive such information.

To attend to and manage requests from You to Us regarding Our Services.

To deliver targeted advertising to You, by using Your Personal Data to develop and display content and advertising, at times in concern with third-party vendors, that is tailored to Your interests and/or location, and/or to measure its effectiveness.

To accomplish other purposes such as data analysis, identifying usage trends, determine the effectiveness of Our promotional campaigns and to evaluate and improve Our Services, marketing and Your experience with Our Services.

To connect You with a Stylist who You can engage for Stylist Services, track the progress of Stylist Services being provided to You, and provide for payment by You for Our Services and/or to coordinate Your payments to Your Stylist.

To provide You with customer support that is helpful and timely, and to monitor and improve Our customer support responses.

To enable the use of ratings on Our Site and/or Our Application.

Sharing Your Personal Data. We may share Your Personal Data in the following situations:

We may share Your Personal Data with Our Service Providers to monitor and analyze the use of Our Services, to advertise on third-party websites to You after You visited Our Site and/or Our Application, for payment processing, and to contact You.

We may share or transfer Your Personal Data in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing or acquisition of all or a part of Our business to another company.

While We strive to use all commercially acceptable means to protect Your Personal Data, You acknowledge that there are security and privacy limitations inherent to the Internet that are beyond Our control, and that the security, integrity and privacy of any and all information and data exchanged between You and Us cannot be and is not guaranteed. Service Providers that We use may have access to Your Personal Data. These third-party vendors may collect, store, use, process and transfer information about Your activity when using Our Services, Our Site and/or Our Application in accordance with their own Privacy Policies, for which they are solely responsible.

Updating and Correcting Information. We believe that You should have the ability to access and edit Your Personal Data that You have provided to Us. You may change any of Your Personal Data in Your Account on Our Site and/or Our Application at any time, by linking to Your Account in accordance with instructions posted Our Site and/or Our Application. We encourage You to promptly update Your Personal Data if it changes. If You desire to obtain a copy and / or update Your Personal Data, You will be required to provide proof of Your identity. In addition, it may be impossible to completely delete Your information without some residual information because of backups. So that We may best serve You, You are responsible for ensuring that all Your Personal Data that You provide to Us is maintained and kept current.

Email Marketing. We may use Your Personal Data to contact You with news about Us, marketing or promotional materials and other information that may be of interest to You. You may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from Us by following the instructions provided in any email We send to You, or by contacting Us.

Payments. When providing Our Services to You, We may use third-party services for payment processing. Our third-party payment processors’ use of Your Personal Data is governed by their respective Privacy Policies. These payment processors adhere to standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements are designed to help ensure the secure handling of payment information. Remarketing. We may use remarketing services to advertise to You after You have accessed or used Our Services, Our Site and/or Our Application. We and Our third-party vendors may use both Cookies and non-Cookie technologies to help Us recognize Your Device and understand how You use Our Services, Our Site and/or Our Application, so that we can improve Our Services, Our Site and/or Our Application and serve Your interests and/or sent advertisements to You that are likely to be of more interest to You. Please also note that when You engage a Stylist using Our Services, location information may be collected from such Stylist and that information may be linked to Your Account, regardless of whether You have allowed Us to collect Your location information directly, and You agree to such collection. Please note that certain notifications may not be possible to disable regardless of how You configure Your settings in Our Site and/or Our Application.
